PAYMENTS

All payments are due at the first class each month. Participation in class is Not allowed without payment. NO REFUNDS.

UNIFORMS

All participants must arrive dressed & ready for class. Girls must wear one-piece leotards. Hair must be tied away from face. No Jewelry is allowed in class.

MAKE-UPS

There are NO Make-ups, credit or refund for classes not attended. Classes are reserved on a month by month basis with your pre-payment. Individual cases will be considered .

VALUABLES

Valuable should not be brought to the gym. Universal Gymnastics is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

HOLIDAYS

Holidays will be posted in advance. See our Calendar.

CLASSES

Classes start on time. Do not drop off students more than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class. Students must be picked up on time.

VISITORS

Visitors must sit quietly in designated area. Please do not talk to or otherwise distract the children participating in the class.

ABSOLUTELY ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT AT ALL TIMES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CHILDREN TO BE LEFT WITHOUT AN ADULT GUARDIAN.
