Junior Olympic National Championships

2010 Junior Olympic National Championships: Congratulations to Universal Gymnastics team. Max Mayr was named 2010 Junior National Team member (L10 14-15)and also Rings champion at event finals. Max ended 6th place AA. Marcos Gatinho also named 2010 Junior National Team member (12-13) and won silver medal on High Bar, 9th AA. Both Alex Barrera and Rafael Javellan qualified for 2nd day all around competition and ended 25th (out of 207 gymnasts) and 19th place (out of 308 gymnasts) respectively. Mario Lubian (L9), on his first year competing at JO Nationals ended up on 118th place ( out of 308 gymnasts). Click here for complete results.

Danell Leyva High Bar and P. Bars Champion- Pacific Rim

Danell Leyva wond gold medal on high bar scoring 15.050 and gold medal on p. bars with a 15.175. Danell also won a bronze medal on rings. USA team finished 1st place. GREAT JOB Danell!!
